Today I’m sharing a very special post, I’m talking about keeping your teeth pearly white! Teeth hygiene is BIG in my book and I have tried everything from whitening strips to brushing my teeth with baking soda.Whitening strips gave a quick result but they only whitened the front teeth plus left my teeth enamel super sensitive and baking soda tasted gross! So here’s my secret to getting that beautiful smile you would pay for at the dentist office in the comfort of your home.

Compartiendo algo importante ahora, como tener dientes brillantes y sanos! En el pasado yo he tratado de blanquearía mis dientes con strips y bicarbonato de sodio. Cuando use los strips me blanquearon los dientes al frente pero no los de atras y el sodio nunca sabia bien. Aqui esta mi secreto para dientes brillantes que puedes ser en casa como los dentistas.
The process to create your trays was truly one of the easiest things I have ever done. As you can see above, you receive 2 trays to create the imprint of your teeth, 3 teeth whitening gel & 3 desensitizing gel syringes (I used a few of them, that’s why you don’t see them all in the picture.) First thing is first, make sure to brush and floss before creating your impressions. Mix the blue and white paste until it’s one color, place it evenly on the tray, bite into the tray with your top teeth for 2.30 minutes, remove it and let it harden. Repeat this step for your bottom teeth. Once the trays have harden (after 30 minutes), rinse them under cold water and send them to Smile Brilliant in the prepaid envelop they have provided. Simple enough! Now just wait a few days for your custom made trays to begin whitening your teeth.
El proceso para ser los impresiones es facil. Como puedes ver arriba, en la caja recibes 2 bandejas para crear las impresiones, 3 gel blanqueador y 3 desensibilizante jeringas de gel (e la foto use unos antes de tomar la, por eso no ves los 6.) Empieza primero con lavando los dientes y usa hilo dental para un buena limpiada. Mezcla el pugar azul y blanco hasta ser un mismo color, pone en el bandeja y muerde lo con tus dientes de arriba por 2.30 minutos. Repetir este proceso con los dientes de abajo. Quita los de tus dientes después de los 2.30 minutos y deja que se endurecen por 30 minutos. Después de 30 minutos, enjuaga con agua fria y manda los a Smile Brilliant en el sobre prepagado y listo!
Time to start whitening your teeth!
In the mail you will receive the impressions created just for you. In the box you originally received you will find 3 teeth whitening gel & 3 desensitizing gel syringes. Remove breakaway cap for the teeth whitening gel and apply to tray, you can leave this on for 15 minutes to 3 hours long. After you’re done, spit out the remaining gel, rinse your mouth and tray thoroughly before apply the desensitizing gel. Apply the gel on the tray and leave on for 5-15 minutes, spit and rise out the trays and mouth. Don’t eat or drink anything for a least 30 minutes. And that’s it, you’re a few steps closer to your beautiful smile.
Now I’m going to be honest, I didn’t do this everyday because I would forget so it took me a little longer to see results. My teeth did get whiter and for once (unlike the whitening strips) my back teeth did too! Also, because I had used whitening strips in the past my teeth were very sensitive, so I used the desensitizing gel before and after the teeth whitening gel and that did wonders for me!

En el correo vas a recibir tus impresiones hechos especialmente para ti. En la caja encontrase 3 dientes blanqueamiento gel y 3 desensibilizantes jeringas de gel. Aplica el gel de blanqueamiento en los impresiones por 15 minutos hasta 3 horas. Cuando terminas escupe el gel y enagua las impresiones y repetia los mismo pasos con el gel de desensibilizantes pero solo usa lo por 5-15 minutos. Aseguraste no comer o tomar nada por 30 minutos después del proceso y estas un paso mas seca a una blanca sonrisa.
