Happy New Years Day everyone!

I still can’t believe its a new year. I want to say thank you to everyone who has followed my blog journey and has helped me grow it. I have a gut feeling that 2016 is going to be a great year for the blog!

Chris and I traveled down to Houston to see my friends and family for a week and it felt wonderful to be back home! Check out my mini Houston guide…

Feliz Año Nuevo!

Todavía no puedo creer que es un nuevo año. Quiero dar las gracias a todos los que han seguido mi blog y me ha ayudado a crecer. Tengo la presentimiento de que 2016 va a ser un gran año para el blog! Chris y yo viajamos a Houston para ver a mis amigos y familia para una semana y se sentío maravilloso estar de vuelta a casa!

We checked out 2 breweries while we  in town 8th Wonder (pictured above) and St. Arnold. I have to say if I still lived in Houston, I could easily see myself making 8th wonder my hang out spot.

Fun Fact: 8th Wonder was named after our famous Houston Astrodome that was once the 8th wonder in the world.

Fuimos a 2 fábricas de cerveza en la ciudad, 8th Woner (en la foto ) y St. Arnold. Tengo que decir que si yo todavía vivía en Houston  podía fácilmente verme haciendo octava maravilla mi punto de pasar el rato.

8th Wonder lleva el nombre de nuestro famoso Astrodome de Houston que una vez fue la octava maravilla del mundo.

And of course, no trip to Texas is full without eating some amazing food! We visited Whataburger, Killen’s, Tout Suite, Shipley’s Donuts, Dot Cafe and delicious homemade mexican food.

Y, por supuesto, ningún viaje a Texas está lleno sin comer algo de comida increíble! Visitamos Whataburger, Killen’s, Tout Suite, Donuts de Shipley, Dot Cafe y deliciosa comida mexicana casera.

If you’re ever in Houston, be sure you snap a few pics near the We Love Houston sign!

But my FAVORITE part about our Houston trip was having Chris meet my friends and more or my family. It was pretty great to see how everyone loved him and how easily he fit in 🙂

Pero mi parte FAVORITA de nuestro viaje Houston era teniendo Chris conocer a mis amigos y mas de mi familia . Fue maravilloso ver cómo todo el mundo lo amaba  🙂
