Chris and I have officially been together for 2 years, and we have learned a lot about one another in this time period. We’ve learned what the other’s favorite pizza toppings are, what scents the other likes and even how to pick on the other’s nerves. But my favorite thing we have learned about being with each other is that we both love to travel! Traveling was always our passion before meeting, and now we take an annual anniversary trip to celebrate another year of being together and to reenergize!
Chris y yo hemos estado juntos oficialmente durante 2 años y hemos aprendido mucho el uno del otro en este tiempo. Hemos aprendido lo ingredientes favorita de pizza que le gusta al otro, lo olfatea los otros gustos e incluso la forma de molestar el otro. Pero mi cosa favorita que hemos aprendido es que nos encanta viajar! Viajar siempre ha sido nuestra pasión antes de que nos conociéramos y viajamos cada año para celebrar nuestro aniversario y para recuperar nuestra energía!
It’s always a good thing to get out of your everyday work routine to see and try something new. It’s even better to be able to do that with someone you love! And if there is anything I have learned about traveling with your significant other, it’s that you REALLY get to know them even further. Traveling can be a test in your relationship because if you’re human, you’re bound to get tired, hungry, frustrated or all the above at once!
Be sure to communicate, plan and have fun by making the trip significant to both of you! Chris and I personally like to try a local beer and a local donut shop at every new place we travel to. We usually road trip or rent a car anywhere we go just to make it easier to get around, and we of course always stop at the nearest Phillips 66 to refuel our car and get snacks for the road. This year, we went to Naples, Florida, to spend some quality with Chris’s grandparents and spend some time on the beach. So we were able to kill two birds with one stone. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from our trip!
Siempre es bueno cosa para salir de su rutina de trabajo diario para ver y probar algo nuevo. Es incluso mejor hacerlo con alguien que amas! Y si hay algo que he aprendido acerca de viajar con su pareja es que realmente llegas a conocer aún más. Viajar puede ser una prueba en su relación porque si eres un ser humano algun punto te vas a cansar, tiener hambre o frustrate!
Asegúrese de comunicar, planear y divertirse por haciendo el viaje significate para los dos! Chris y yo nos gusta probar una cerveza local y una tienda de donuts local en cada nuevo lugar que viajamos. Nos encanta viajar en nuestro coche o rentar uno dondequiera que vayamos y por supuesto siempre parábamos en Phillips 66 para echarle gas al coche y conseguir bocadillos para el camino. Este año fuimos a Naples, Florida para vesitar los abuelos de Chris y pasar algún tiempo en la playa. Aquí están algunos de mis fotos favoritas de nuestro viaje!
