Alright ladies it’s product review time and today we are talking all about John Frieda Root Awakening. I recently discovered this life changing product a few months ago and although I have tried to go back to my old shampoo and conditioner, I keep returning to this instead.
This product provides the hydration and nutrition your scalp may lose over those hot summer days or long windy winters. My scalp personally gets very dry when the seasons are changes causing me to have an overly dry scalp. After using this product I immediately saw the difference, you can also feel it work on your scalp instantly! The best way I can describe it is when you go to a salon and they shampoo and condition your hair and you feel like your scalp is breathing. Ladies I know you know what I mean. I honestly swear by this product and I hope you give it a try!
How I Use It: I use it as any other shampoo and conditioner but I leave it in longer and when you do that is when you will feel the minty fresh feel in your scalp.

Hola chicas! Recientemente descubrí este fabuloso producto, John Frieda Root Awakening y es tiempo mi opinion. Ase unos meses compre este producto por primera ves y des entonces no a podido regresar a mis productos de antes. Trate de usar un shampoo y condicionado pero me encontre regresando a este producto porque hace todo lo que quiero.
Este producto te da la hidratación y nutrición que tu cuero cabelludo necesita, especialmente después de un verano en el sol o un invierno en el frio. Si eres como yo, mi cuero cabelludo siempre se reseca después de las temporadas extremas y empezares a ver caspa. Y para eso recomendó este producto para quitar la caspa y para sentir el tratamiento como si fueras a uno salon de pelo donde te enjuagan el pelo. Este honestamente es mi favorito producto del momento y ojalá tambien lo trates!
Como lo Uso: Lo uso como cual quiera otro shampoo y condicionado pero yo lo dejo en pelo por mas tiempo de lo que dise la botella y esto es cuando sientes la menta sensación en tu cuero cabelludo
